2016年7月4日到7月7日，浙江大学CARD中心主任黄祖辉教授与博士生傅琳琳、王雨祥应邀赴澳大利亚国立大学参加第21届澳大利亚东亚研究会议（Asian Studies Association of Australia 21st Biennial Conference,以下简称ASAA会议）。

    ASAA最早于1976年开始举办，随后每两年两年举办一次，已经逐渐成为澳大利亚东亚研究的一项顶级盛会。本次会议由澳大利亚国立大学亚太研究院（Australia National University College of Asia & the Pacific）承办。会议旨在更好把握亚太地区政治、经济和社会形势及面临的挑战。

    黄教授与博士生合作的两篇论文“The influence of institutional arrangements for rural rights on migrant workers’ urban citizenship :research from Zhejiang province, China”和“On the rural land system of China: Evolution and Current Reform”分别入选“中国土地困境：产权，扩张和取代”（China’s land dilemmas: property rights, sprawl and displacement）和“中国的农村发展与社会变革”（Rural Development & Social Transformation in China）这两个会议模块。并在会上做了专题报告，引起与会代表的兴趣和深入讨论。
