由University of Malaya主办的第八届GLOBELICS会议11月1到3号在马来西亚的吉隆坡举行，这次会议的主题是Making Innovation Work for Society: Linking, Leveraging and Learning。来自美国、欧洲，日本及非洲、南美洲和亚洲的300多名学者参加了会议。
在这次会议上，浙大CARD院长黄祖辉教授做了论文演讲，题目是：Sticky factors in the industrial relocation of cluster: a case study of Zhili Township children’s garments cluster，得到与会各方的好评。CARD叶春辉博士参加了会议讨论。另外，CARD博士生孙华平和王锋也做了论文演讲，题目分别是Co-evolution of Industry Cluster and Specialized Market和Entrepreneurs Synergy, Innovation and Formation of Industrial Clusters: A Case Study from Shanxiahu, China。
