Abstract: The influence of governance structures (Market, Cooperative, Forward integration, and Backward integration) on the information partition of boundedly rational agents is examined. Our characterization of the governance structures captures on the one hand the way they channel attention and cognition, and on the other hand the distinct ownership distributions. It entails that each governance structure is associated with a specific bias. Each governance structure can be efficient, depending on the probability distribution of the different states. We also show that the Cooperative processor is more conservative than other agents in proposal selection when the probability associated with the upstream state is high.

（2）荷兰及欧洲合作社发展的一些实践情况。

George Hendrikse教授，于美国匹兹堡大学取得博士学位，现为荷兰伊拉姆斯大学 (Erasmus University) 鹿特丹管理学院 (Rotterdam School of Management)全职教授，及伊拉姆斯斯大学合作社研究中心（Erasmuc Center of Cooperatives）主任,长期从事组织经济学与管理学方面的研究，目前已出版个人专著十几本，在国际杂志上发表文章100多篇，尤其在农业合作社的理论与管理方面，有丰富的研究成果，在国际上具有很高的知名度。同时具有丰富的国际合作经验，多次访问中国，曾应邀出席CARD举办的农民合作社立法国际会议（2004），并在CARD中心进行交流访问，对中国农民合作社进行多次考察，多次与CARD的黄祖辉、徐旭初、郭红东等学者开展学术交流和合作研究，并与黄祖辉教授联合培养博士生。
