【摘要】 在农民专业合作社发展的不同阶段,政府的角色是不同的。本文运用组织行为学中的企业生命周期理论分析农民专业合作社的生命周期,将其分为引入期、成长期、成熟期和分化期,对每个时期政府所担当的角色进行定位,并提出当前政府工作的重点。
【英文摘要】 Farmers’ cooperatives have been established, constructed and developed towards the legal system, which can not be developed without the support and supervision of government, but in differentstages of their development, the Government’s role is different.
