【摘要】 把家庭式迁移背景下农民工的工作和家庭结合在一起,作为一个系统来考察两者之间的相互作用。通过对浙江省17位农民工进行访谈获得的第一手材料进行内容分析,建构并初步验证了家庭式迁移背景下农民工的工作—家庭关系的概念构思。研究结果表明家庭式迁移背景下农民工的工作—家庭关系是一个多维的构思,包括:工作对家庭的冲突(WFC)、家庭对工作的冲突(FWC)、工作对家庭的促进(WFF)、家庭对工作的促进(FWF)四个维度,但本文发现在家庭式迁移背景下农民工的工作对家庭的促进(WFF)中没有Carlson(2006)所指出的情感促进和心理资本促进。
