【摘要】 本文以浙江省为基础,回顾总结了30年农村改革的轨迹和成就,分析了30年农村改革的特点和启示,并针对当前我国经济社会发展环境和新形势,提出了改革深化的思路与对策建议。
【英文摘要】 Based on Zhejiang province,the paper reviews the course and achievements of rural reform in the past 30 years and explores the features and implications of the 30-year rural reform.Addressing the present social and economic position and environment,this paper has put forward routes of further reforms and proposed future policies to further reforms.
