【摘要】 本文在对订单农业违约行为分析的基础上,通过引入期权理论,让农民付一定的保险金购买看跌期权,增加农民违约成本,规避农民违约行为,并利用套期保值转移企业价格风险,减少其由于价格的不利因素而导致违约行为的发生,减少企业主观违约动机。
【英文摘要】 Based on the analysis of agricultural orders breach behavior,through the introduction of options theory,the paper proposed that farmers must pay the insurance money to buy pull options to increase their non-compliance costs,so as to avoid farmers violations and to make use of hedging transfer business price risk,to reduce the breach occurrence caused by their adverse prices factors,and to reduce business subjective breach motives.
