【摘要】 本文基于对杭州市浙江籍农民工就业状况的调查,分析农民工就业代际差异。首先分别对两代农民工的个体特征、社会经济特征、就业状况等进行对照描述性统计;其次采取独立样本假设F检验、T检验、区间检验等方法,验证两代农民工在工资及待遇、兼业性、未来就业预期等方面是否存在显著性差异,并利用品质相关分析,验证年龄代的不同是否对农民工流动动机与目的、就业渠道、就业遇到的最主要困难等存在影响。研究结果显示,两代农民工在务工月工资收入、兼业性、工作经验、流动动机与目的、就业渠道方面存在显著性差异。
