【摘要】 文章从浙江农村30年来在"三农"发展上取得的巨大成绩出发,认为发展的最大特点是解放农民、以人为本、以民为大、以农为重,进而提出了民本发展经济学的理论并进行了深入分析。
【英文摘要】 Start with summarizing rural sectors great achievements in the past 30 years of reform and development in Zhejiang Province,the article took for that the most prominent feature of the development is liberation of farmers,about the people and for the people,and to concentrate on the benefit of farmers.Further more,the paper conducted in-depth analysis on the theory of farmer based development economics.
