【摘要】 本研究是以社区为基础的微观社会学研究,从农民的视角出发,通过深入的实地调查和资料分析,探讨新农村建设中管理民主的现状及不同类型农民对管理民主的理解和需求。研究指出,目前村级民主政治建设有待加强,农民对"民主"的理解程度较低,各地区民主政治的发展极其不平衡。作为新农村建设的重要保证,管理民主需要在民主选举、民主决策、民主管理和民主监督等方面大力加强,特别要体现农民对国家政策的知情权和村务管理的参与权。
【英文摘要】 From farmers’perspectives,this study analyzes the present situation of democratic management and discusses the understanding and requirements of different groups of farmers on this aspect. The study shows that democracy of the countryside still needs to be enhanced due to the farmers’ poor understanding on this issue and the severe unbalance of democracy development in different areas.
