【摘要】 对在沪工作的200位农民工的有效问卷调查和对主要劳务输出地区-安徽省太湖县450户农户的实地调研的基础上,根据近年来农村经济、金融需求的新变化,分析构建新型农村合作金融组织-农村互助储蓄银行的现实基础,并结合实际提出具体可行的运作模式和实现路径。
【英文摘要】 This paper is based on a questionnaire research of 200 migrant workers in Shanghai and a field study of 450 rural families in Taihu County,Anhui Province,a major exporter of migrant workers.It attempts to set forth the idea of building mutual savings bank in rural areas,a new financial cooperation organization.It analyzes the practical conditions so as to address the changed situation in finance and economy in rural places and suggest some practical models for the realization of this cooperative organizatio...
