【摘要】 农民工二次分化是现代产业体系分工和城市化进程不断加快的结果,是我国从计划经济体制向市场经济体制转轨的必然产物,其实质是一个农民转移就业和农民市民化的过程。由于固有的城乡户籍制度以及附着在其上的劳动就业和社会保障制度的客观存在,农民工的二次分化受到制约。本文运用马克斯.韦伯的多元社会分层理论分析了农民工二次分化现状及其制度障碍,并提出相关政策建议。
【英文摘要】 The second disintegration of migrant workers is resulted from the accelerating modern industrial system division and urbanization and it is an inevitable spin-off of the transition from the planned economy to the market economy.Its essence is a process of peasant's shifting employment and citizenization.Given the inherent household register system of urban and rural residence and the current employment and social security system attached to it,the second disintegration of migrant workers is restricted.This ...
