【摘要】 本文运用协整分析,并利用VEC模型及Granger因果检验,对农村非正规金融和农民人均纯收入关系进行了计量检验。结果显示,两者之间存在长期稳定的正向关系,从促进农民增收的效率上来看,非正规金融要高于正规金融。但从短期来看,短期内非正规金融水平提高对农民增收虽有一定的促进作用,但不如长期明显。在此基础上本文提出规范农村非正规金融发展的政策建议。
【英文摘要】 Using practical data,this paper indicates that the development of rural informal finance has distinct positive effect on farmer revenue.But rural informal finance is not Granger cause of farmer revenue.Furthermore,its supporting effect is obvious in long-term.On the basis of that,we give the further direction of the improvement of rural informal finance.
