【摘要】 消费率和居民消费率持续下降是威胁我国经济安全的一大因素。提高居民消费率应着力提高农民消费率。提高农民消费率的途径很多,但应主要通过适时适度提高农产品价格来增加农民收入;通过加快建立和完善农民的社会保障制度,消除农民的后顾之忧;还应较大幅度减轻农民的教育负担。此外,应大力培育发展农产品交易市场,让农产品从滞销变畅销以实现农产品的价值。
【英文摘要】 Consumption rate and the declining residential consumption rate are key factors that threat our country s economic security. To increase residential consumption rate, the farmers consumption rate ought to be increased. There are many ways to do so, but they are mainly by increasing the price of agricultural product to increase the farmers income.
