【摘要】 本文在大规模问卷调查的基础上,采用多元统计分析技术对我国广大农村基层干部工作满意度进行了探讨,提出了反映农村基层干部工作满意度内部结构的BRFCS模型。发现由于对工作回报、人际关系和个人—工作匹配感到不满意导致近半数的农村基层干部工作满意度偏低,基层干部工作满意度与其工作绩效呈正向关系,干部的社会人口学特征和组织因素都对其工作满意度产生了一定的影响。
【英文摘要】 Based on repeated interviewing and pre-test,this research designed a "Chinese rural grass-roots level cadre job satisfaction" questionnaire,afterwards a large-scale questionnaire survey combined with advanced multiple factors statistic analysis was carried out to explore the grass-roots level cadre job satisfaction issue.A model reflecting the inner structure of cadre s job satisfaction was established along with the discovery that nearly half of the cadres were in low job satisfaction degree due to reward,...
