【摘要】 生活品质集中显示了人们日常生活的品位和质量。农民生活品质实际上可以作为新农村建设的出发点和着眼点,可以将新农村建设的评价由外部走向农民本身,结合农民对自身生活品质的评判,来衡量新农村建设的成效。因此,农村居民生活品质与新农村建设具有内在联系。而农民生活品质包括的经济、政治、文化、社会和环境生活品质五大层面及其具体评价指标,并结合指标的权重,共同构成了农民生活品质的综合评价体系。1 029位来自不同地区的农村居民的调查访谈,为这些具体指标提供了客观统计数据以外的农民主观认知及意愿。在着眼于提高农村居民生活品质的新农村建设过程中,要以提升经济生活品质推进生产发展,以提升环境生活品质推进村容整洁,以提升社会生活品质推进生活和谐,以提升文化生活品质推进乡风文明,以提升政治生活品质推进管理民主。
