【摘要】 随着知识经济的发展,农业高新技术已成为提高农业竞争力的决定性因素,农业高新技术产业极大吸引着创业资本的进入。本文分析了创业投资在我国农业高新技术产业中的运用及特点,并探讨了创业投资家和农业创业企业家之间的委托—代理风险及其风险的控制。
【英文摘要】 With the development of knowledge economy,the key of success for development of agricultural high-tech enterprises is the technology.The paper analyses the application of Venture Capital on agricultural high-tech field and its characteristic,and discusses agency risk and risk control between Venture Capita and entrepreneurs.
