【摘要】 本文利用企业核心竞争力与其构成要素的关系构建结构方程模型,并采用农业企业核心竞争力构成要素LikertScale五点量表的调查数据,对农业企业核心竞争力理论进行经验检验,结果表明,企业的市场能力、组织管理、组织创新和企业规模对其核心竞争力的培育有直接影响。
【英文摘要】 Few methods have been available to empirically validate the theory of Core Competence and to measure correlative variables,thus there has been little progress in the theory so far.This paper constructs a structural equation model on the basis of the links between core competence and its component factors to test empirically the theory of Core Competence in agricultural businesses through a survey of some leading agricultural corporations.The results show that the abilities of the agricultural businesses in ...
