【摘要】 本文利对我国东、中、西部农户人力资本投资的面板数据的实证分析,并与国际经验数据进行比较,发现我国东部地区农户的教育、医疗支出比重比较适中,但交通通讯支出在收入中所占比例过低;中西部地区农户的教育和医疗支出比重过高,存在教育和医疗投资过度的问题。政府应提高公共财政对农村尤其是中西部农村的教育和医疗保健的支持力度,减轻农户在教育和医疗方面的经济负担。
【英文摘要】 Empirical researches have been conduct based on the panel data for the eastern,central and western regions of China.The work compared the results with empirical data of other countries,and find that the education and medical care expenditure of eastern farmer was moderate,but proportion of communications was a little lower.The expenditure proportion of education and medical care of rural household living in central and western regions was higher.More public financial support should be given to rural educati...
