【摘要】 为农民提供基本而有保障的公共服务既是改善民生的重要任务,也是新农村建设的重要目标之一。本文通过29个省份的农户问卷调查,基于农民基本公共服务的现实需求,分析农村民生类、生产类、公共安全类和环境保护类基本公共服务现状和存在的主要问题,并根据调查结果提出了发展农村公共服务体系的政策建议。
