【摘要】 本文通过建立农地制度拓扑模型,从农民认知视角对我国农地制度变迁进行分析。研究认为农民认知对农地制度变迁具有重要影响。农村改革以来,由于外部环境的改善、自身素质的提高,农民对农地制度的认知状态明显好转,推动了我国农地制度逐步变迁,变迁的方向是制度边界不断减小。为了加快农地制度的有效变迁、提高农地制度的适应性效率,应该采取措施提高农民的认知水平,包括明晰农地产权的内涵、改革现行征地制度、提高农民的组织化程度、提高农民的可行能力。
【英文摘要】 The paper builds up a topologic model and studies on the change of land tenure system in China from peasants'cognition.It shows that peasants'cognition has an important effect on the change of land tenure system.From 1979,as the outside environment and inside quality being improved,peasants' cognition on the land tenure system goes better.Thus,it promotes the change of land tenure system reducing the institutional border.In order to promote the effective change of land tenure system in China,we must enhance...
