【摘要】 当代西方资本主义国家农业发展的历史表明,大农场(户)排挤小农场(户)是不可逆转的客观规律,马克思主义经典作家关于"小农制趋于衰亡"的科学论断没有过时,所谓"小农经济富有生命力"的理论是站不住脚的。我国自进入清代中叶以后,人地比率逐渐下降至"维生型小农经济"的临界点,标志着传统小农经济的破产和衰亡。新中国成立后的半个多世纪,由于实行农村集体土地所有制隐含着"产权虚置"和"集体成员权平等"的平分机制,使明清以后出现"地权分散化"和"耕地细碎化"的趋势更加凸现,造成了几亿农民在高强度劳动投入和过密型种植模式下的土地报酬递减和边际收益下降。下一步如何实现小农制与现代农业的有效衔接,已成为理论界和政府部门必须深入研究的一个重大现实课题。
