【摘要】 中国封建时期灌溉设施建设绩效辉煌,其中制度起到非常重要的作用。历史上灌溉设施建设的发展经过了三个波动的阶段,产生了集权型、自治型和混合型三种制度安排,这些制度分别保证了与其相适应的灌溉设施建设绩效和灌溉绩效。本文采用以"灌溉设施的物质属性——参与者特质——制度环境"为三个权变因素的制度分析框架对这三种制度安排的产生与有效性进行了分析,得出了有效的制度安排取决于权变因素之间互相匹配的结论。
【英文摘要】 There was an brilliant performance in Chinese feudal period, which was prompted mainly by irrigational institutions. The historically irrigational infrastructure experienced three phases which correspondingly formed centralized, decentralized and mixed irrigational institutions.
