【摘要】 研究目的:对中国农村居民点整理研究进行回顾和展望,找出目前研究的不足,探讨今后的研究方向。研究方法:文献资料比较法。研究结果:目前的农村居民点研究集中于农村居民点变化规律、农村居民点整理的潜力评价、模式与规划、驱动力与效益评价等几方面。研究结论:农村居民点的理论、区域差异、制度安排、农民与政府行为、学科综合等角度的研究仍有待加强。
【英文摘要】 This study reviews and forecasts the study of rural residential areas,points out flaws in the existing studies,and predicts the key points in future studies.A comparative study was employed in this essay.Results indicate that existing studies of rural residential areas mainly focus on development trends,potential assessment,models and planning and driving forces and efficiency valuation.In the end,it is concluded that the studies regarding theories,regional difference,system constitution,peasant and governm...
