【摘要】 本文首先阐述了中国农村养老模式转变成本的涵义,由于存在养老模式转变成本,中国农村建立缴费积累养老模式遇到了阻力,从时间上来看完全积累模式已不能应对我国农村人口老龄化问题。根据2005年相关数据及2000年人口普查资料,对建立社会普享型老年津贴进行了测算,结论是所需资金总量较大,但是,占同期财政支出的比例并不高。
【英文摘要】 In the first part of this article,the author discussed the cost of transform of rural endowment mold in China.Then the author analyzed the cost.Due to the cost,The accumulated system in rural China encountered difficulties.It is necessary to find Noncontributory Pension System in rural China.Finally,the author estimated the cost.
