【摘要】 认为金融业务相互渗透融合发展已成趋势,农业保险的世界性难题已有解决的物质技术和组织制度环境的支持。如果利用资本市场与保险市场间的互动,就能设计出有别于传统农业保险的新产品,让农业风险在更广阔的范围得到削解。
