【摘要】 认为可在经济发达地区,以发展型耕地承包经营权为抵押客体,以非农收入水平高的企业型农户为抵押主体进行试点。
【英文摘要】 It is suggested that we may make experiments by using development-typed land contract management right as mortgage object and using enterprise-typed farmers of high level of non-farm income as mortgage subject in the development areas.
