【摘要】 本文基于我国工业化中期阶段的判断,讨论了农业经营规模的"小与大",农业生产中的人畜力与机械设备的使用,农产品的"出与进",农业功能的"主与辅",发展现代农业的"点与面",农业政策的"保与活"等问题。
【英文摘要】 Based on the judgment of medium-term industrialization in China,this paper discussed issues of"small versus big"on the scale of agricultural operations,"draught animal versus machine"for agri- cultural production power,"export versus import"for the trade of agricultural products,"main versus auxiliary"for the function of agriculture,"pilot versus extension"for the development of modem agri- culture,and"protection versus deregulation and revitalization"for agricultural policies.
