【摘要】 户籍身份和社会性别的双重影响使农村妇女在作出流动决策时面临着比农村男性更大的压力。农村妇女的年龄、教育、婚姻、在学子女和社会关系都可以对她们的流动决策产生影响。政府应该重视农村妇女及其子女的教育,把农村妇女的社会关系网络纳入到官方的就业渠道,以促进农村妇女的流动。
【英文摘要】 The dual influence of household registration and gender makes rural women face more pressure when they're making decisions on migration.Rural women's age,education,marriage,children in school,and social network can all influence their migration decision.The Government should give priority to rural women and their children's education and integrate their social network into the official employment channels to promote rural women's migration.
