【摘要】 农民工市民化是农民工在职业、地域和身份上向市民的转化过程,这一过程包括了农村退出、城市进入和城市融合等三个相互联系的时序环节。每一环节的推进必须有相应的制度支持。由于特殊的二元制度使然,农民工市民化的制度缺失与制度不当同时并存,阻碍了市民化的进行。以正义与公平为逻辑起点,以制度变迁的低成本为原则,进行农民工市民化的土地退出制度、户籍进入制度、社会保障融合制度的改革与创新,是加快农民工市民化进程的关键。
【英文摘要】 Farmer citizenship refers to the process that farmers transform their profession,residence,and idencity to city dwellers.This process contains three relative aspects which withdraw from rural,enter into cities,and mergeito to cities.Every sector moves forward farmers supported by appropriate system.With the special duality system,there is no corresponding farmer citizenship system along with the inappropriate institutional arrangement.By taking justice and fair as logic starting points and the low-cost chan...
