【摘要】 产生失地农民是工业化和城市化的必然结果。近年来,随着我国城镇化、工业化进程的加快,大量农村集体土地被征用,数以万计的农民失去了赖以生存的土地。因此,如何保护失地农民的合法权益,解决失地农民社会保障的后顾之忧,就成为当前迫切需要解决的一个关乎社会稳定和改革发展大局的社会问题。
【英文摘要】 It is an inevitable result of industrialization of urbanization to produce lost-land farmers.In re- cent years,with the fast course of urbanization and industrialization,plenty of collective lands in country are expropriated,many farmers lost their lands.To farmers,lands have double functions of production means and social security.Once farmers lose lands,they will become people without lands,job and social security.Their livings will become difficult and they will become a new weak colony.So how to protect...
