【摘要】 经济增长的出发点和最终归宿都是提高人民群众的生活水平,农民生活质量的改善是农业经济增长的最终目的,也是我国当前经济政策的重点和难点。通过农民纯收入、财政对农业的支出,从农民和国家转移支付两个方面实证在农业经济增长过程中农民对其成果的分享。ADL模型与误差修正模型结果显示,在农业经济增长过程中农民纯收入的弹性较低,而国家财政对农业的支出使农民分享到了经济增长的成果。
【英文摘要】 The improvement of living quality for the peasant is the last goal and emphasis to the agricultural economical growth(AEG).The paper based on the pure income of peasant(PIP),the government expenditure for agriculture(GEA) form the peasant and government to analysis the peasant's achieving to the AEG.The co-integration result showing :the elasticity of PIP is low,But GEAP makes peasant achieving that shows achieving power is limited.
