【摘要】 在区分强制性反哺与自然反哺两种方式的基础上,本文立足于中国农村,从独特的行为主体视角,构建了微观经济主体政府与工业投资企业之间互动的行为模型;并以农村剩余劳动力的转移为核心,对工业反哺农业、工农业协调发展的机制与模式进行了考察,结合实证案例,给出了政策建议。
【英文摘要】 On the basis of differentiating compulsive nurturing and spontaneous nurturing, while standing on China's rural areas, this paper constructs a model on the interactive behavior between government and industry-funded enterprises from the particular perspective of the behavioral agents.
