【摘要】 以浙江省9家农民专业合作社的180户社员为研究对象,分析了当前农民专业合作社成员承诺的内容及其影响因素。实证研究发现:(1)农民专业合作社的成员承诺主要体现为情感上的认同和行为上的投入,总体而言现阶段的成员承诺水平不高;(2)影响成员承诺的因素主要是社员的个人特征、资源禀赋、角色特征以及组织结构。促进农民专业合作社的规范发展,需要进一步提高社员的归属感和忠诚度。
【英文摘要】 As a kind of business organization,cooperatives are highly complex.If they are to form and succeed,they must develop and nurture member commitment.This paper describes an exploratory study into member commitment in farmer specialized cooperatives.Data was collected using questionnaires and semi-structured interviews from nine farmer specialized cooperatives in Zhejiang.The main findings are:(1) the member commitment in farmer specialized cooperatives are mainly affective commitment and continuance commitmen...
