【摘要】 本文以上海浦东郊区为例研究快速城市化进程中农民生活保障问题的现状,分析了城市化对提高农民生活水平的贡献,同时也指出了快速城市化过程中农民生活保障方面存在的不足和问题。提出快速城市化地区政府应进一步在征用地、就业、社会保障和财政等方面制定并完善有利于提高农民生活保障水平的政策和措施,以期保护农民利益,提高农民生活质量,完善进城农民的社会保障,维护社会稳定和社会公平。
【英文摘要】 The paper focuses situation of peasants'living security in the process of fast urbanization,taking the case of suburbs in Pudong new area of Shanghai.It also points out the deficiencies and problems on the peasants' living security in the process of fast urbanization.Further more,it puts forwards that the governments of the fast urbanized areas should make further policies and measures to improve the peasants' standard of living security on land acquisition,employment,social security and finance,in order to...
