【摘要】 本文通过对农村家庭收入的五等分情况和30个省份的农村家庭对高等教育费用的承受能力分析,发现我国80%的农村家庭对高等教育费用缺乏承受能力。2005年的数据表明,我国只有7个省份的农村居民能够承受目前的高等教育费用。为此,文章认为应该控制学费上涨,并对不同地区、不同收入家庭采取不同的学费政策。
【英文摘要】 Based on the analysis on rural family's five different equal classes by income and the affordability to advanced education for rural families in 30 provinces,the authors find that 80% rural families can't afford the advanceed education.Data in 2005 indicates that only rural residents in 7 provinces can afford current advanced education.And thus,the paper suggests that the government should control the rise of tuition, charge different tuition accord to different regions and different family income classes,a...
