【摘要】 本文在与国际蛋品产业比较中,研究在市场经济快速发展过程中中国蛋品产业发展的特殊轨迹,分析目前由于中国蛋品产业化程度过低所导致的一系列产业绩效较差的问题,阐述中国蛋品产业逐步从分散到集中的产业化发展必然趋势,以及在此发展进程中中国蛋品企业的发展出路和相关的政策建议。
