【摘要】 当前,农村、农业、农民问题是我国经济发展中的突出问题,"三农"问题的核心是农民收入问题.因此,本文以国家级贫困县河北省沽源县为例,选取该县1995~2005年间的统计资料,利用灰色关联分析法,分3个层次对该县农民收入进行了灰色关联分析.并根据其农民收入的现状和发展趋势,提出今后促进农民增收的6项措施.
【英文摘要】 At present, the problems of rural area, agriculture, and peasants are still serious in our China's economical development and the core of them is peasants' income. Based on Guyuan County's statistical data from 1995 to 2005, peasants' income of Guyuan County in Hebei Province, which is state-class poor country, is studied by using methods of grey relevant analysis in this paper.
