【摘要】 本文基于江苏省的调查数据对土地调整与农户长期投资的关系进行了实证分析。分析表明,第二轮承包实施以来,江苏省并没有发生频繁的土地调整。除了2000—2005年的大调整对农家肥的施用强度有显著影响之外,土地调整对农户在土地上的长期投资的影响并不显著,对农户长期投资产生显著影响的是非农收入的比重。
【英文摘要】 Some people attribute the decline of grain output and the agricultural output in the 1990s to the land system. One of the most controversial questions is whether the land adjustment to farmers has caused instability of the land ownership, and whether it has made a negative impact for farmers on the investment in land especially the long-term investment.
