【摘要】 农民专业合作社是不同要素所有者为了共同的利益而结成的契约组织。不同参与主体的资源禀赋、参与目的以及角色的差异导致了社员结构的异质性。在异质性社员结构下,少数核心社员拥有农民专业合作社的主要剩余控制权和剩余索取权,其外在体现就是核心成员拥有合作社的多数财产所有权。由于在集聚生产要素和避免代理问题上有优势,当前的所有权安排存在合理性。
【英文摘要】 This paper aims at understanding the ownership? of? the? asset, residual claims, and residual rights of control of farmers' cooperatives, starting with the analysis of members' endowment resource. By doing so, we hope to deepen our understanding to farmers' cooperatives.
