【摘要】 实施"走出去"战略,开展农业技术的国际转移,是中国加入WTO后农业发展的一项长期任务。技术转移能否达到经济利益最大化与促进世界农业技术进步的双重目标,在很大程度上取决于转移方式的选择。本文在前人研究的基础上,提出了农业技术国际转移方式的选择理论,继而分析了农业技术供需双方即中国与发达国家及发展中国家的政策环境和技术、市场、成本等方面的条件,推出了中国农业技术向发达国家转移以对外直接投资为主、向发展中国家转移以出口和许可证贸易为主的结论。
