【摘要】 本文简要介绍了现代农业的基本涵义;分析了我国农村人力资源现状,从科技水平、规模发展、管理体制,指出了农村人力资源面临的挑战;提出了必须发展农村职业教育,营造人才发展环境,培养优秀人才,加快现代化农业建设中农村人力资源及开发的对策。
