【摘要】 农村公共产品供给质量是产品质量与数量、供给过程、供给体系的有机统一体。一个完整的最优供给不仅要求产品的功能性、实用性、可靠性和安全性满足农村居民对公共产品的需求,而且要求供给过程具有经济性、时效性、有序性、层次性、合法性、维护与改进性;同时,对供给体系完备性、系统性、先进性等都有较高的要求。本文试图构建一套质量评价指标体系来界定农村公共产品供给的质量,并运用实证分析的方法对其进行验证。
【英文摘要】 Rural public goods supply quality is the organic entity of product quality and quantity,supply process and the supply system.A complete optimal supply not only requires that the functionality,availability,reliability and safety of product can meet the rural residents'demand for public products,but also needs that supply system has the traits of economical,timeliness,orderly,hierarchical,legitimacy,maintenance and improvement.Meanwhile,it also has higher requirements on the supply system's comprehensive,syst...
