【摘要】 创新活动包括"效率改进型创新"和"产业垄断型创新"两类。分析表明,同样程度的任何创新都具有同样程度的相对竞争力提升效应,但不同类型的创新活动对绝对竞争力水平的影响各不相同。就"效率改进型创新"而言,"顺势创新"和导致比较优势逆转的"逆势创新"具有类似的双赢效应,但前者的双赢效应更强;而不导致比较优势逆转的"逆势创新"具有双输效应。
【英文摘要】 Innovation activities can be sorted into two kinds,efficiency-improving innovation and industry-monopolizing innovation.It is proved that any kind of innovation activities with the same tune will perform the same effect on the relative competitiveness level of the two sides of trade division,but have different effect on the absolute competitiveness level of each side.In respect of efficiency-improving innovation,the along-comparative-advantage innovation has similar but stronger 'win-win' effect on the abso...
