【摘要】 在当前的经济社会中,农民合作经济组织,作为一种改变单个农业生产者和大市场之间进行不对等交易状况的制度安排,正发挥着一种独特经济组织形式的巨大作用。由于农业生产的自然性等因素,为了更好地发展这种组织形式的作用,政府部门需要给予大力的扶持。为此对法国、日本、美国、澳大利亚和新西兰等发达国家政府对其农民合作经济组织提供的政策支持进行比较分析,能帮助我国农民合作经济组织从中得到与启示。
【英文摘要】 At present,the agricultural co-operative,as a special economic organization influenced by nature elements and other factors, needs governmental support. This essay compares and analyses the support for coops given by such different governments as in France,Japan, America,Australia and New Zealand,so as to find a way to improve China's agricultural co-ops.
