【摘要】 CBA法是国外采用的一种较为成熟的对规制绩效进行评估的方法。运用CBA法对食品安全规制进行评估,可以提高政府实施规制的效率,合理配置财政资源,帮助企业更有效地制定食品安全规制战略。
【英文摘要】 CBA is a mature method to analyze the efficiency of regulation in foreign countries.This article introduces the practices and effects of CBA.Then the authors think that through evaluating food safety regulations with CBA,we can enhance the efficiency of regulations,allocate financial material reasonably,and making firms adopt food safety regulations more effectively.
