【摘要】 我国东南沿海地区持续的民工短缺与建立在低成本优势基础上的出口导向增长方式紧密相关。农民工短缺是该地区务工机会成本变化与劳动密集型出口产品竞争加剧的必然结果,但更深层次的原因是依靠低要素成本吸引外资、依赖低价格保持市场竞争力的出口导向经济模式必然出现的阶段性困境。突破这种格局的根本途径是该地区率先实现产业升级,加快该地区出口导向的增长方式转型。
【英文摘要】 The shortage of labor force in the southeast coast area has close relevance with the export-led growth model based on low-cost advantage.The shortage of labor force is the result of the change of the opportunity cost of job-hunting in this area and the intensified export competition of labor-intensive goods.However,the shortage is more caused by the predicament which rises from the dependence on low cost and low price to attract FDI and to maintain market competence.The essential approach to breaking this p...
