【摘要】 以追求自身利益最大化为目标的个体农民,其就业决策是基于一定时期自身的就业状态即包括就业环境、就业能力和就业条件等诸多因素而作出的,因而就业状态不仅是影响农民就业决策和收入增长的重要因素,而且也是当前我国实现农民稳定增收的政策着力点,即要从微观层面加强农民的教育和培训,提升农民就业能力,从中观层面优化农民就业结构,从宏观层面改善农民就业环境和建立就业保障制度。
【英文摘要】 For the individual farmers who pursue the maximization of self-interest,employment decisions are based on their employment status in a certain period,which includes employment environment,employability and employment conditions and other factors.So employment status is an important factor in employment decisions and farmers income growth.The focus on construction of China to increase farmers income is to strengthen training farmers from micro point of view,to optimize employment structure from middle point ...
