【摘要】 华夏文明史上土地私有制的超长期历史变迁是在“一条主线、两条支线”的格局中展开的。在20世纪100年间土地私有制发生了两次价值取向截然不同的跃迁。土地私有制两千年历史变迁的轨迹和线索,对人们把握当代土地集体所有制的历史方位和运动规律有重要启示。
【英文摘要】 Exploring China s across-two-millennia history of private land ownership, one can describe its development along a main thread supplemented with two sidelines. That has leaped twice beyond it and took totally different directions against the private ownership in the 20th century. In order to grasp the contemporary collective land ownership and to look ahead probable movement in future, it is interesting to trace back to the orbit of such essential changes in land ownership in Chinese civilization
