【摘要】 本文认为,农业发展进入新阶段后,我国食物生产、消费均面临新的压力。在有限的生产资源与庞大的人口数量条件下,需要以营养健康为重点目标,进行农业结构调整。本文在分析以营养健康为重点目标的农业生产结构调整战略的依据、原则、思路、重点的基础上,提出今后调整的措施,即调整粮食结构,确保中国口粮安全,不放松饲料及其他用粮生产;调整大豆品种结构,加快大豆产业的发展;调整畜牧业结构,适当控制畜产品产量过快增长;调整蔬果产业结构,增加蔬菜水果的种类及种植规模。
【英文摘要】 Both food production and consumption in China are facing new pressures as its agriculture has entered to a new stage of development. Because of the limited natural resources and huge population, it is necessary to realize major structural changes in agriculture, taking people’s nutrition and health as the key goal, and to optimize the food production structure.
